Type in your NRDS office number

This report contains two separate lists of agents. The top portion lists the agents who have paid the current year dues. The bottom portion lists the agents who are delinquent on their dues.

View the agents current Code of Ethics status

View the agents email address and update if incorrect.

Notify us that an agent has left your office by clicking the drop down bar and select if the agent has quit real estate, transferred to another real estate office, or is on medical leave.

- Go to http://verify.sccar.com
- Type in your NRDS office number

Click continue and in the empty boxes type the agents first name, last name, and email address.

When you click continue again, it will notify us of these new agents and send an email to the broker.

An email will be sent to each agent of which you have entered an email address. This email will request that they complete a membership application.At the bottom of the report in the yellow shaded area you will see 'New Agents' with a drop down bar. Select the number of new agents you would like to add to your office.

- Type in your NRDS office number ( Find Your Office NRDS# )

An email will immediately be sent to the Designated Broker.

Click the pdf attachment in the email to view the list of outstanding invoices in your office.

All About The Code of Ethics Training
All REALTORS® must complete REALTOR® Code of Ethics training every four years to maintain their REALTOR® Membership. The next four year period ends December 31, 2008. New REALTORS® must complete the training within one-year of membership. Your REALTOR® membership may be suspended if this training is not complete. Click here for more information about the Code of Ethics requirement including classes and frequently asked questions. On the Code of Ethics Status page you may type in your NRDS office number in the place of last name to view a list of your agents Code of Ethics status.
- Complete an office application.
- Each licensed agent in your office must complete a membership application and pay pro-rated dues.
- Contact our Executive Officer, Nathan Gorton at 425-339-1388 to schedule an office orientation session (2 hours). You may contact Kelly Miles at 425-339-1388 to schedule an orientation at our office.
- Each licensed agent must complete REALTOR® Code of Ethics training within one year.
