SCCAR Educational Resources
Washington State requires real estate agents to complete 30 clock-hours every renewal. Three of those hours must include "Core Curriculum." Clock-hours may be completed by attending live classes, on-line, or video. SCCAR's educational offerings include a large class setting of free live classes to its' members (fee to non-members), and a small class setting of Core Curriculum and REALTOR® Code of Ethics classes. On-line clock-hour classes are available from the Washington REALTORS®. Clock-hours are offered around the state by various schools.
